He provides his clients with strategic guidance and legal advice in global cartel and white-collar investigations, incl. during dawn raids and in internal investigations. He regulatrly represents his clients in complex cartel damages and competition litigation.
As a trusted advisor in global M&A transactions and PE investments, Christian regularly advises on multi-jurisdictional merger control, foreign investment control, and foreign subsidies control proceedings.
Focusing his practice on ESG-related advice in the area of antitrust, compliance, and investigations, Christian advises his clients on ESG Compliance and Supply Chain Due Diligence. He regularly advises on the development and implementation of compliance and risk management systems to comply with European ESG-regulations.
