Led by Hamburg partner Dr. Jan Phillip Feigen and counsel Dr. Daniel Mattig, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Lucanet AG, a leading global provider of software solutions for the Office of the CFO, on the acquisition of firesys GmbH, a specialist in automated reporting of financial and non-financial data.
