Led by Frankfurt partner Maximilian Broermann, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Aareon Group, a TPG company and Europe’s trusted provider of SaaS solutions for the property industry, on an agreement to acquire Apsiyon, a fast-growing PropTech company offering digital solutions for property and community management.

Founded in 2012, Apsiyon provides software that supports residential communities and property managers across Türkiye. With its best-in-class platform and deep local expertise, the company has become a leading driver of digitalisation in one of Europe’s most dynamic real estate markets.

The strategic investment marks an important step in Aareon’s strategy to build on its strong European position and expand into new high-growth markets.

Hogan Lovells has advised longstanding client Aareon comprehensively on all legal aspects of the entire transaction process. The legal advice was provided jointly with Hergüner.
