UK: Defending a cryptocurrency exchange, against an industry first class action filed at the Competition Appeal Tribunal on behalf of the UK investors in Bitcoin.
NL: Act as second opinion counsel to a South-Korean manufacturer of electronic products in follow-on damages proceedings before the District Court of ‘s-Hertogenbosch in relation to a cartel decision taken by the Brazilian competition authority.
NL: Defending a client in the energy sector in an action for damages brought before the District Court of Arnhem further to a cartel decision taken by the European Commission.
Germany: Representing a large global technology company in antitrust damages actions in connection with the European Commission's large global technology company Shopping decision.
Germany: Representing a global pharmaceutical company in a dispute with a supplier which refuses to supply production-critical precursors in violation of contract and antitrust law.
