Philipp Reckers advises international clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law.
A focus of his practice is assisting clients in cross-border M&A transactions, in particular with regard to merger control, foreign direct investment screening (FDI) and the Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR). He provides advice to companies from various industries, in particular the defense and automotive industries.
Philipp studied law and business administration at the EBS University in Wiesbaden and at the IE University in Madrid. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne.
