Marius Plum advises corporations and individuals in all aspects of German and cross-border tax law. 

He has a strong focus on providing tax advice on all transaction phases, from structuring through tax due diligence, deal negotiation and implementation as well as post-closing measures. He has mainly advised clients in the real estate, infrastructure and energy sectors as well as in M&A and PE transactions.    

He also has gained experience in the handling of tax compliance and tax litigation matters.
