Schwerpunktmäßig berät er steuerlich in allen Phasen von Transaktionen, von der Strukturierung über die steuerliche Due Diligence, die Verhandlung und Umsetzung von Transaktionen bis hin zur Post-Closing Implementierung. Er hat vor allem Mandanten aus den Bereichen Immobilien, Infrastruktur und Energie sowie bei M&A- und PE-Transaktionen beraten.

Darüber hinaus verfügt er über Erfahrung in der Beratung und Handhabung von steuerlichen Compliance-Mandaten und Steuerstreitigkeiten.
