Dennis Cukurov advises national and international companies on all aspects of European and German competition law, in particular in the automotive and energy sector as well as in the sports sector.

His focus is on conceptual planning and handling of merger control proceedings as well as on ensuring that horizontal agreements between competitors and vertical agreements between market participants at different market levels comply with competition law. He also develops compliance programs, taking into account client- and industry-specific needs and requirements.

Prior to joining our firm, Dennis Cukurov worked for international law firms in Berlin, San Francisco and Hamburg. He regularly provides pro bono advice to local sports clubs and associations.
