Denver, Milan, New York – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised an American-based investor group, led by Sardinian native Maurizio Fiori of Praxis Capital Management, on its acquisition of a qualified minority stake of Cagliari Calcio.

Cagliari Calcio is an Italian Football Club based in Cagliari, Sardinia that plays in Serie A, the first tier of Italian football. The transaction involves the acquisition of a qualified minority stake, marking a significant step in the Club’s long-term growth strategy.

President Tommaso Giulini will retain full control and operational leadership of the Club, joined by an international partner bringing expertise and a global network to reinforce Cagliari’s ongoing path of development and innovation.
