Hogan Lovells advises JTL-Software on the acquisition of FFN-Connect

Led by partner Dr. Jan Philipp Feigen and counsel Dr. Philipp Strümpell, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised JTL-Software-GmbH on the acquisition of FFN-Connect GmbH, based in Dresden.

JTL-Software, a portfolio company of London-based private equity firm Hg Capital, is one of the leading providers of innovative e-commerce software in the DACH region, with over 15 years of experience in software development and more than 50,000 customers.

FFN-Connect GmbH will provide a middleware connector for the fulfilment network (FFN) of JTL-Software-GmbH with its SaaS product FFN Connect, enabling online retailers and fulfilment service providers to exchange data smoothly and efficiently.

Hogan Lovells advised JTL-Software throughout the entire acquisition process and provided comprehensive advice on all legal issues. The team led by partner Jan Philipp Feigen regularly advises JTL-Software on add-on transactions, most recently on the acquisitions of Dutch company Bringly BV and German software developer JERA GmbH.
