Henry Burda, based in the Berlin office, advises national and international clients on all aspects of German civil procedural law. He specializes in complex commercial litigation, representing his clients in German courts as well as during the pre-trial stage of lawsuits. Apart from his legal knowledge, he possesses an in-depth understanding of economic realities, allowing him to precisely and strategically navigate his clients through every phase of their legal disputes. 

Henry studied law at the Freie Universität in Berlin. He then went on to complete his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Kammergericht). During his clerkship he worked at the German Federal Ministry of Justice as well as at the New York City office of a reputable international law firm. Before starting at Hogan Lovells, he gained litigation experience at a different law firm in Hamburg.
