Fabrizio advises on a wide range of employment matters, including employment related profiles of corporate transactions, disputes, executives' and employees' agreements, reorganisations and collective dismissal procedures, and the day-to-day management of human resources. Over the past year, Fabrizio has played a key role in significant corporate transactions, providing strategic guidance on employment aspects for clients operating in diverse industries such as sports, automotive, energy, online travel, life sciences, hotels, food and beverages, and transportation.
His experience includes also managing complex litigations involving executives and employees, drafting and negotiating agreements, and supporting clients through every phase of employment-related matters.

Fabrizio graduated in law from LUISS Guido Carli University in 2004 after a year at the University of Leiden (The Netherlands). He joined Hogan Lovells in 2008 as a member of the Employment Law team.
