Alice’s practice spans strategic, advisory, transactional, investigations and contentious contexts.  She is a trusted advisor to many institutional clients, bringing her "excellent strategic judgment" to bear in advising on the impact of competition law on commercial strategy as well as on the design and implementation of competition compliance programmes.  She is a particular specialist in abuse of dominance in both commercial and contentious contexts.  Alice's transactional practice covers advice to clients on the merger control and FDI aspects of transactions, from filing assessments, contractual considerations and how this feeds deal strategy.
