Rob brings a unique perspective to his intellectual property practice. For over a decade, Rob served as an Administrative Patent Judge on the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. During that time, he presided over more than five hundred trial proceedings.

He leverages that experience to help clients effectively navigate post-grant proceedings at the USPTO, including inter partes reviews and ex parte reexaminations. He also relies on his perspective as a former judge when representing clients in patent litigation before U.S. district courts and the International Trade Commission.

Clients also rely on Rob for his deep technical knowledge in a wide range of industries, including mobile communications, consumer electronics, artificial intelligence, automotive technologies, and medical devices.

Rob previously clerked for the Honorable Kent A. Jordan on the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
