With over four years of experience as a Corporate M&A Associate, Hana brings a deep understanding of transactional work. As a dual qualified lawyer, Hana advises a diverse portfolio of national and international clients on high-value advisory and transactional matters, spanning mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fund formations, spin-offs, foreign direct investments, and distribution agreements.

Representative experience

§Acted as a counsel for a one of the largest hypermarkets in the Egyptian Market on an acquisition valued USD 45 million in its first round. 

§Represented one of the top listed Banks in Egypt in its capital increase  injection  within  an Energy Company Group. 

§Advised a leasing company on selling 45% of its capital valued at EGP 855,000,000 to a real estate investment trust company. 

§Advising various clients on different commercial aspects i.e.,  incorporation  of  new companies,  transaction  plans  for  capital  increase,  SC Zones, Consumer Finance, Fintech Regulations etc. 

§Advising for a settlement transaction. Her role included drafting the Settlement Agreement, Escrow Agreement and the step plan for implementing the settlement process. 

§Advised various clients on corporate governance matters including preparation of their OGMs and EGMs .
