Melissa Skarjune focuses her practice on various environmental issues, including civil and criminal litigation, regulatory compliance, and internal investigations.
While in law school, Melissa served as a law clerk for the Environmental Crimes section in the Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resources Division. She was also a Moot Court Board Member, an Executive Editor for the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum, and a teaching assistant for both Business Associations and Environmental Law.
