Zach Seidel advises clients on transactional energy and projects matters, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border renewable energy, transition energy and infrastructure transactions.

He works with investors, developers, manufacturers, and operators on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, tax equity structures, project development and project financings across energy sectors. Whether structuring a deal or guiding a project through development, Zach delivers responsive and reliable solutions that move things forward.

Before Hogan Lovells, Zach worked at a boutique firm representing key players in commercial real estate. That experience, combined with his business degree in supply chain management, helps him appreciate the obstacles that project developers and managers encounter.
