Kai supports companies in navigating evolving legal frameworks, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies such as electric vehicles and charging infrastructure, battery systems, and renewable energy solutions. He advises on regulatory obligations under key EU legislation, including the EU Battery Regulation, the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation, and the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation, with particular attention to circularity requirements and sustainability standards. His work spans the full product lifecycle—from market entry strategy and regulatory compliance to the legal structuring of innovative business models.
