We’ve secured a unanimous 9–0 victory in the U.S. Supreme Court in Barnes v. Felix, vindicating the Fourth Amendment rights of our pro bono client, Janice Barnes, whose son was tragically killed in a police shooting. This decision protects against the use of excessive force.
