"The enforcement, we are told, would be…a lot more deliberately focused on certain areas: critical minerals, infrastructure, protecting U.S. companies, targeting transnational crime organisations, which I think it's looking at south of the border with Mexico, and those supply chains and relationships would be the key focus," Ved said.
