Joséphine Pour is a regulatory and transactional lawyer specializing in life sciences and healthcare. She advises clients on complex regulatory, commercial, and transactional matters throughout the lifecycle of healthcare products and services, with a particular focus on pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, healthcare services, and digital health.

She assists clients with regulatory strategy, compliance and inspections, as well as regulatory and commercial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, investments, and restructurings in the healthcare sector. She has extensive experience advising on due diligence processes, authorization and certification issues and the structuring and negotiation of key operational agreements.

Joséphine is also highly experienced in healthcare transactions, advising investors and operators on acquisitions and strategic partnerships involving clinics, laboratories, medical centers, and other regulated healthcare structures. Her in-depth understanding of ownership restrictions, professional independence rules, licensing requirements, and public-private cooperation models enables her to deliver integrated, pragmatic advice on complex healthcare investments.
