Ida focuses on the negotiation of commercial leases, subleases and licenses on behalf of both landlords and tenants for office, retail, industrial, biotech, co-working, parking facility, aviation, and warehouse spaces, as well as food halls and marketplaces in New York City and throughout the country.

Representations include a New York City institutional landlord in connection with the initial lease-up of 250 West 55th Street, a developer in connection with the purchase, financing and lease-up of a food hall in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and an Israeli public company in the lease-up of office space on Madison Avenue.
