Advising an infrastructure conglomerate on the enforcement of an over US$18m UNCITRAL arbitration award against an Indonesian company concerning the development and operation of a bulk terminal.

Successfully defended a multinational conglomerate before the district court over a third-party claim concerning funds used to purchase aerospace products in a truncated state-owned company's project.

Acting for a well-known Indonesian petrochemical company on a successful settlement with its main contractor in respect of multimillion-US$ claims and counterclaims arising from two EPC contracts.  

Acting for a Korean technology conglomerate in respect of issues arising out of the sale and purchase of nickel ore. 

Acting as counsel for a well-known Indonesian holding company and its subsidiary companies in their multimillion-US$ Libyan oil project investment disputes.
