Thibault is a leading Investment Funds lawyer with a practice focused on fund formation and private equity transactions. He advises on a broad spectrum of funds, including private equity funds (LBO, growth, venture), funds of funds, infrastructure funds, and real estate funds, as well as continuation funds. Thibault has experience both with primary transactions, providing asset managers advice through every stage of the fund lifecycle, as well as in the secondary market, regularly assisting clients with GP and LP led transactions.
