The firm advised British International Investment (BII) and Pentagreen Capital Assets Pte. Ltd. (Pentagreen) on a US$80 million mezzanine facility to ib vogt (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. to support the development of greenfield utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. The facility is designed to help address the funding gap for early-stage clean energy projects in Southeast Asia, catalysing follow-on senior debt and enabling the rapid deployment of new renewable generation and storage capacity in the region.
