Hogan Lovells partners Aaron Cutler, Senator Norm Coleman, and Ivan Zapien named Top Lobbyists by The Hill for 2025

The list honors those who “have made measurable impacts on the course of policy and politics, whether for corporations, small businesses, local governments, nonprofits, unions or trade associations.”

According to the outlet, those named to the list represent “the industry’s savviest, most influential and well-connected advocates across Capitol Hill,” including those who have “stared down rapidly evolving tariff regimes, sweeping tax changes, military conflicts, deregulation campaigns and upheaval in the federal workforce.”
