Widely recognized for his work across merger control, cartel investigations, abuse of dominant position, and State aid, he has advised clients in sectors including financial services, gaming, telecoms, energy, infrastructure and transportation, and regularly appears before the European Commission, Italian Competition Authority, and national courts.
This hire marks the latest in a series by the firm in Italy, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary in the country this year.
