The issue volume was increased by EUR 70 million, exercising the existing increase option, and will be used for the partial financing of the acquisition of a majority holding in Willy Bogner GmbH. The new bonds were placed with institutional investors and will be included in the existing listing of the Nordic bond in the open market segment Quotation Board at the Frankfurt stock exchange and in the Nordic ABM of the Oslo stock exchange. The Nordic bonds issued were increased to a total of EUR 185 million with the tap.
