Hogan Lovells advises JTL Group on acquisition of ninepoint interface

Press releases | 05 February 2026

Led by Dr. Jan Feigen and Dr. Philipp Strümpell, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised JTL, a provider of innovative e-commerce and multichannel solutions, during the acquisition of the SCX/JTL-eazyAuction interfaces and the associated team of ninepoint software solutions GmbH.

The objective of the acquisition is to enable marketplace connections to be offered directly via JTL in the future, providing merchants with a more seamless and centralized management of their sales channels. This acquisition allows e-commerce marketplaces to be directly connected, operated, and further developed by JTL Software moving forward. Merchants will benefit from deeper integration into the JTL product ecosystem, reduced technical complexity, and streamlined contracts and cost structures.

JTL Software, a portfolio company of London-based private equity firm Hg Capital, is one of the leading providers of innovative e-commerce software in the DACH region, with over 15 years of experience in software development and more than 50,000 customers. The Hogan Lovells team regularly advises JTL Software on add-on transactions, such as the acquisition of Dutch Bringly BV, and German software developers JERA GmbH and FFN-Connect GmbH.
