Based in Hong Kong, Owen has been with the firm since 2008. He is a partner in the Corporate & Finance practice and has extensive experience advising financial institutions, private equity funds, and multinational corporations on complex financing transactions, as well as regulatory and insolvency matters. Owen has built a strong bilingual team advising under Chinese, English, and Hong Kong law, working with both Chinese and international clients.
Owen served on the firm’s Board for six years, representing the region. His appointment reflects both his leadership within the region and the strategic importance of Asia-Pacific to the firm’s global growth trajectory.
