Hogan Lovells Advises Sriwijaya Capital on the launch of its inaugural Private Equity Fund

Singapore, 6 October - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Sriwijaya Capital, a Southeast Asia-focused private equity firm, on the successful launch and first close of its debut private equity fund.

The fund will invest in growth-stage companies in Indonesia and Southeast Asia across the healthcare, energy transition, consumer, business services and industrials sectors.

Hogan Lovells acted as lead counsel to Sriwijaya Capital, advising on structuring, legal and regulatory aspects of the fund formation and its licensing application in Singapore.
