Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Raselli Franco Group, a family-owned company renowned for its expertise and excellence in crafting both high jewellery and fine jewellery pieces for luxury brands, on the agreement for the staged sale of its share capital to Kering S.A.
The sale will be completed in several stages, starting with an initial 20% stake in the first quarter of 2026. The agreement includes a clear pathway to full ownership by 2032.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Luca Picone and included counsel Martina Di Nicola, associate Gianluca Ceci and trainee Lorenzo Bertola.
