Hogan Lovells advises Pietro Berardi on arbitral proceedings against AS Roma

Shortly after the ruling by the Rome Court of Appeal in labor matters, the Arbitral Tribunal constituted under the rules of the Arbitration Chamber of the Rome Bar Association has recognized the lack of just cause for the dismissal of Mr. Pietro Berardi from his position as CEO of AS Roma, and rejected all counterclaims of AS Roma.
