Hogan Lovells advises on the financing of KSL-affiliated company Le Sereno Lago Di Como Srl

Global law firm Hogan Lovells advised its client KSL Capital Partners with a multi-jurisdictional team led by partner Andrew Flemming, together with London-based counsel Simon Bacchus and associate Catriona Deery; partner Carlo Massini, together with associates Giulia Geraci and Isoken Obayagbona, who advised on the Italian finance law aspects, and senior associate Francesco De Michele on the Italian real estate and due diligence matters of the transaction. 

Clifford Chance advised Deutsche Bank AG in the financing granted to Le Sereno, a company affiliated with KSL, a global private equity operator specializing in investments in the travel & leisure sector. A&O Shearman advised the outgoing lender, Cheyne Capital Management LLP, a global alternative asset manager.
