24 October 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Multiply Group, an Abu Dhabi-based holding company that invests in and manages business globally, and Peninsula Capital on the agreements for the acquisition of a majority interest in ISEM, one of the leading European packaging groups.
