Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Farmacosmo – a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan – and Farmacia De Leo, on the acquisition by Farmacosmo of a 33% stake in the share capital of Farmacia De Leo, held by Mr. Rosario De Leo, and the simultaneous transfer by Farmacia De Leo of the business unit responsible for managing a pharmacy located in Messina, in favor of a company controlled by Mr. De Leo.
The transaction is aimed at advancing the rationalization of Farmacosmo Group’s digital growth, in line with the strategy launched starting from the end of 2022.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Paola Barometro and associate Edoardo Pea.
