Hogan Lovells advises Eni Plenitude on acquisition of 760MW renewable asset portfolio from Neoen

24 November 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Eni Plenitude S.p.A. on the agreement for the acquisition of a portfolio of 52 operating assets located throughout France, including 37 photovoltaic plants, 14 wind farms, and one operating battery storage facility, with a total installed capacity of approx. 760 MW, from Neoen SAS, leading renewable energy company.

This is one of the largest renewable energy transactions completed in the French market in the recent years and significantly contributes to Plenitude’s 2025 installed capacity targets, supporting the company’s growth within the framework of the 2025-2028 Strategic Plan.
