Hogan Lovells advises Enel Group on its US$4.5 billion Yankee bond issuance

9 October 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Enel Group on its US$4.5 billion Yankee bonds issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the US Securities Act.

The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by managing partner Italy Patrizio Messina and included partner Alessandro Accrocca on Italian law aspects, partner Madeleine Horrocks on English law aspects (both Milan), partner Stuart Morrissy on US law aspects (New York) and partners Robert Masman and Alexander Fortuin on Dutch law aspects (both Amsterdam).
