Hogan Lovells advises DCH on the agreement for the sale of two agrivoltaic projects plants for 92MWp in Apulia e Molise

17 October 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised DCH, developer and independent power producer, on the agreement for the sale of two agrivoltaic projects plants for 92MWp in Apulia e Molise to DRI.

Once completed, the plants will generate approximately 195,000 MWh of renewable energy annually, meeting the electricity needs of around 75,000 households and preventing the emission of over 54,200 tonnes of CO₂ into the atmosphere.

The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was coordinated by partner Luca Picone, together with senior associate Francesco De Michele and included trainee Piermaurizio Francesconi for the corporate aspects, while counsel Emanuela Cocco advised on the administrative and public law aspects of the transaction.
