Hogan Lovells advises Cury, a leading residential real estate developer in Brazil, on its R$600 million follow-on equity offering

São Paulo – A cross-practice team at global law firm Hogan Lovells, has advised Cury Construtora e Incorporadora S.A. (B3: CURY3) (“Cury”), one of Brazil’s leading residential real estate developers, on its follow-on equity offering, raising gross proceeds of approximately R$ 600 million. The proceeds of the offering will be used for the payment of dividends in 2025.

The common shares were publicly offered in Brazil under CVM Resolution 160, with coordination from Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira S.A., BTG Pactual Investment Banking Ltda., Bank of America Merrill Lynch Banco Múltiplo S.A., and Caixa Econômica Federal. The common shares were offered to professional investors in the United States and other countries outside Brazil through international placement agents Itaú BBA USA Securities, Inc., BTG Pactual US Capital, LLC, and BofA Securities, Inc.

Cury’s common shares are listed on the Novo Mercado segment of the B3 – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão.
