Hogan Lovells advises Corrum Capital Management on the financing for the acquisition of A.C. Monza

10 October 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Corrum Capital Management, a US find specialising in sport financing, on the financing granted to the US fund Beckett Layne Ventures (BLV) for the acquisition of 80% of the shares in A.C. Monza, Italian football club, from Finanziaria d’Investimento - Fininvest S.p.A.
Fininvest will remain a shareholder of the Club with a 20% stake, which will be sold to BLV by June 2026.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by managing partner Italy, Patrizio Messina, and included counsel Salvatore Graziadei, senior associate Leonardo Bafunno, associate Leonardo Tripaldi on the financial aspects, partner Paola Barometro and senior associate Federico Urbani on the corporate aspects, while counsel Maria Cristina Conte handled the fiscal aspects of the transaction.
