Boston, 29 July 2025 –Global law firm Hogan Lovells is advising Commvault (NASDAQ: CVLT), a leading provider of cyber resilience and data protection solutions for the hybrid cloud, as it announces it will acquire data and AI security company Satori Cyber.

The acquisition of Satori will extend Commvault’s foundational data and AI security capabilities and enhance its ability to help enterprises meet compliance needs, reduce risk, and manage access to sensitive data. The solution adds large language model LLM monitoring, prompt protection, automated discovery, classification, and access management for structured data, building on Commvault’s capabilities in managing unstructured data.
