Hogan Lovells advises Atresmedia on acquisition of Clear Channel España from Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings

London, 19 September 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has, together with Deloitte, advised Spanish media group, Atresmedia Corporación de Medios de Comunicación, S.A., on its acquisition of Clear Channel España, S.L.U. from Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc.

Through this acquisition, Atresmedia will strengthen its position in the outdoor advertising sector, while also unlocking new strategic growth opportunities in the digital domain.
