Hogan Lovells advises Aareon on bolt-on acquisition of MIS ActiveH

London, Frankfurt, 13 June 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Aareon, a leading provider of SaaS solutions for the property industry in Europe, on its agreement to acquire MIS ActiveH, the provider of housing management solutions for registered providers in the social housing sector.

This acquisition will expand Aareon’s UK portfolio of innovative housing solutions and underlines its commitment to delivering next-generation, cloud-native technology to the housing sector – with a specific focus on supporting larger and more complex organisations.
