Hogan Lovells advises Aareon on acquisition of HomeMaster

London, Frankfurt, 13 June 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Aareon, a provider of SaaS solutions for the property industry, on its acquisition of HomeMaster, a cloud-native housing and finance management solution servicing registered providers in the social housing sector.

The acquisition expands Aareon’s suite of innovative solutions as it seeks to deliver on its commitment to provide next-generation, cloud-native technology to the housing sector.
