Driving Digitalization: Hogan Lovells advises EVEX Group on the acquisition of Bludata

Led by partners Alessandro Seganfreddo and Dr. Jan Philipp Feigen, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised the EVEX Group GmbH, a portfolio company of FLEX Capital, on the acquisition of Italian software provider Bludata S.r.l., a leading developer of ERP software solutions for opticians.

With this acquisition, the EVEX Group continues its consistent growth trajectory across Europe and is now the market leader in Germany and Italy, and number two in the United Kingdom.

Founded by FLEX Capital in 2021, the EVEX Group is one of the leading European providers of software for opticians and hearing care professionals. With over 13,000 stores as customers in 20 countries and established brands the group continues to strengthen its position through strategic acquisitions.
