Sara Muscioni is an Associate in the Banking and Loan Finance department in Italy.
She specialises in acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate lending assisting both sponsors and lenders in complex domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions. Her practice focuses on syndicated loans, SACE-backed financings, leveraged finance and restructuring transactions. She advises a wide range of clients including financial institutions and alternative investment funds, multinational companies and private equity funds.
Sara graduated in Law from Bocconi University, in Milan in 2020 and spent a semester at the University College Dublin as part of an Exchange program. Before joining Hogan Lovells, she gained valuable experience at an international law firm.
