Ali Morris focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic transactions, corporate governance and other corporate transactional matters, with a particular focus on real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate clients. 

Ali's transactional experience includes public and private company mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and investments. Additionally, Ali regularly advises on REIT formation, structuring and compliance matters. She has represented public and private companies in a variety of sectors, including real estate, technology, sports, consumables, pharmaceuticals and health care. 

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Ali counseled private equity clients on leveraged financings, and advised technology companies in venture capital fundraising and seed-stage financings, as well as mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.  Ali leverages her broad legal experience to help clients effectively execute complex business transactions.
