Casey Magersupp works with a wide range of clients to secure, protect, and enforce their intellectual property (IP) rights. From emerging innovators to established global brands, Casey brings sharp insight and practical solutions to a wide range of intellectual property challenges. With a focus on trademarks, copyright and false advertising, Casey assists clients in developing and managing their IP portfolios, handling everything from trademark clearance and registration to litigation in the federal courts and the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). 

Casey is a graduate of the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. While at CUA Law, Casey earned a certificate in comparative and international law by attending classes at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland and gaining practical experience in the litigation department of a technology law firm based in Warsaw. Casey leverages her international law experience to support clients in navigating complex cross-border intellectual property matters.

Casey mantains a robust pro bono practice, frequently handling intellectual property matters for nonprofit organizations, alongside advocacy work focused on supporting women and children in the D.C. area.
