Aled is a valued associate in our Corporate/M&A team, where he advises clients on a broad range of complex public and private M&A transactions across multiple sectors, including technology, energy, financial services, and healthcare. He supports both domestic and cross-border deals, working with corporates, private equity firms, and financial institutions. In addition to transactional work, Aled regularly advises clients on general corporate matters, corporate restructurings, and governance issues, offering commercially-focused and practical guidance.

Aled trained at the firm and qualified in 2025, gaining experience across key practice areas, including corporate, finance, and dispute resolution. His training provided a strong foundation for his current practice and helped shape his strategic and detail-oriented approach.

Recently, Aled was seconded to the firm’s New York office, where he advised on high-value cross-border and U.S.-based M&A transactions. This experience enhanced his understanding of international deal-making and strengthened his ability to support clients navigating complex multi-jurisdictional matters.
